Unlimited access to our state-of-the-art facilities including: 6 collegiate power racks, keiser machines, hammer strength machines, 25 yards of open turf, and much more. Our 9500 square foot facility features locker rooms with showers.
Bootcamp Memberships
Our Bootcamps involve various forms of high intensity interval training. This helps burn large amounts of calories and fat which helps our clients lose weight and gain muscle through this process of our training. The program, whether it be 4, 8, or 12 week program is ever changing. We incorporate new lifts weekly so it keeps the bootcamp engaged while also achieving the goal of a successful and healthy client.
Personal Training
Your first session will start with an introductory evaluation session. We will sit down and talk about your goals that we will strive for. After that, we will take a 9-point body composition test where we measure body fat with your consent. From there we will design a program that is directed to your goals, and we will be with you along the way to push you as hard as possible with correct dieting and training to see the most beneficial results. We see training for individuals that are healthy already, as well as those who need to rehabilitate injuries and get back to that specific sport or goal. We see many clients after an injury and work with them to gain physical confidence back in their sport or even just in their every day life.
