At Tate Doehler Strength & Conditioning we focus on injury prevention, the central nervous system, and linear and lateral speed work for our athletes. We do all of this while ensuring that our athletes are becoming as strong as possible so that they can compete at a high level in their respective sports. Sports are a game of milliseconds so working on things like change of direction can guarantee that our athletes will be more than competitive. Olympic style lifts are incorporated into the program to help strengthen an athletes central nervous system. Unilateral movements are a big advocate into our strength program. Athletes will be trained, prepped and pushed through many obstacles that reside in their sport.
